My husband and I started this company largely due to our personal experiences with traditional real estate agents and the whole process in general. We couldn’t understand why we were paying so much to agents who, in our case, did little or nothing to help us sell or buy properties. We found ourselves doing the majority of the work, and paying someone else for that work in return! We immediately realized that there was a huge, mostly unfulfilled need in the market for expert advice, defined/competent service, and fair pricing. We designed our business model to fill these gaps and provide the consumer with the freedom to sell their property to any buyer, be they represented or unrepresented by an agent. We are consumer advocates at our core, and we are passionate about introducing more expertise, professionalism, and lower cost structure to the real estate industry!
