In the last 25 years we have sold and moved to 10 new homes. We have always used the agent down the street with the known name. And, as a result, we have always felt that we paid the highest commission at the time to those agents. This house sale we got the idea that we were going to use [you]- my daughter's neighbor sold through [you.] At first we thought that if we were going to save the money, we were going to have to spend more time making the process work.
