Jen Phuphanich is a native Floridian who grew up in Bradenton, FL and moved to Tampa to pursue an Elementary Education degree from University of Florida. Her patient demeanor and attention to detail would've been valuable skills as an educator, but she chose to instead enter the banking industry. Jen demonstrated the ability to work well with her colleagues and deliver consistent excellent service to bank's customers. After several years, she opted for a schedule that allowed more flexibility and time to be with her then young children. She took on the opportunity to work for a real estate attorney part time. Jen spent several years on the periphery of the industry and picked up a variety of skill sets while providing dependable support for a busy executive and created systems for better efficiency. Jen recently decided to take the combination of her skills and dive into real estate by getting her license. She is excited about learning all there is in this new career venture and is dedicated to working on behalf of her clients to fulfill their desires of homeownership. She has been married to her husband Golf, a veteran of mortgage industry for 15 years, and has 2 active boys Bruce age 11 and Parker age 8 and added an eager labradoodle, Klondike, to them ix. In her spare time, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, going to the gym and traveling.
